Termite Inspection - WDI Reports
Licensed by the Texas Structural Pest Control Board as a Certified
Applicator for BugStop. This allows us to offer you the services that are
needed when buying a home: WDI (termite) inspections and also the
treatment of homes for all insects and pests.
A Wood Destroying Insect Report is usually required at least 30 days
before a real estate closing.
The inspector will look for active termites or signs of previous termite
infestation. They will also look for the existence of other wood destroying
insects as well as conditions conducive to the development of infestations.
The Termite inspection can be completed at the same time as the Home
Inspection, so there is no need to schedule another appointment.
