Homes are very complex with many different systems and pieces of
equipment working together.

Sometimes pieces need to be adjusted or replaced. It is my job to make
sure you understand the problems or potential problems you may
encounter before you make your home purchase.

I work very hard to make sure your report is as clear and accurate as
possible. If there is ever a question with any item on your report, please
contact me as soon as possible.

I highly recommend that the customer attends the last portion of the
inspection so we can address any issues of concern.
