Not sure what type of inspection(s) you need?
Below is a brief summary of the types of inspections we provide.
Please call for additional information.
Home Inspections A limited, non-invasive examination of the condition of a home, often in connection with the sale of that home. The inspector prepares and delivers to the client a written report of findings. The client then uses the knowledge gained to make informed decisions about their pending real estate purchase. The home inspector describes the condition of the home at the time of inspection but does not guarantee future condition, efficiency, or life expectancy of systems or components. Visit our Home Inspection page for more information.
Pool Inspections The intent of a pool inspection is to evaluate the current condition of all accessible pool components and the inspection consists of four phases. Visit our Home Inspection page for more information.
Energy Inspections Inspecting 45 critical house components related energy use; then scoring the home on a scale of 1 to 100. A 100 would represent a home with good energy performance whereas a 1 would represent a home that needs extensive energy upgrades. Visit our Energy Inspection page for more information.
Construction Inspections We offer Draw or Phase inspections for your construction project. Visit our Construction Inspection page for more information.
Termite Inspections ~ WDI Reports The inspector will look for active termites or signs of previous termite infestation. They will also look for the existence of other wood destroying insects as well as conditions conducive to the development of infestations. Visit our Termite Inspection page for more information.
